Regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, body structure or any other reason you can think of, there is one thing that every human has in common; our bodies at birth were naked, and being nude is completely natural. We have been taught through years of prejudice that our bodies are shameful. It is time we recognize this simple fact and move beyond the prejudices and fears that destroy our society. We also need to accept that our bodies are not sexual objects or gross, disgusting or nasty and should not be treated as such or be used as an excuse to hate another person.
Many people are actually more comfortable nude than with clothing on but are restricted by laws and ordinances, peer pressures or discrimination and the more we ride nude, hopefully it will open peoples minds to the non sexual part of the human body so we can grow as a society to accept the right for everyone to be comfortable in their daily life.
we live in a "Christian based" society many of our laws are based on biblical theory, however we fail to realize that in biblical days clothing was utilized as a means to protect against weather conditions and to identify social status. Religious prejudice, however, has distorted the concept of clothing and developed a false teaching that nudity in itself is sinful or not condoned by God and therefore brought a way for governments and religious industry to control the way we think. When in actuality, there are many places in the Bible where it states that a person can be nude all the time and still not commit any sin. Sin is in the heart and mind...NOT the body itself. The textile industry was developed and now profits from sexuality by convincing us that nudity is bad and clothing is needed. They use the pretense that nudity is sexual, but PROFIT by designing clothing that encourages sexual behavior and predjudice on the way someone looks. We now hypersexualize the human body and place judgement on others based on their clothing. While all this prejudice is going on, there is an obvious fact about nudity: Generally if nude, there is no way to differentiate social status, job titles, or economic status. Poor look like rich, doctors, lawyers, students, teachers, mechanics, stay at home moms, stay at home dads, whatever your position..you look pretty much just like everyone else, notwithstanding age, color, body structure and even with those differences, every body is natural and overcoming judgement is much easier when there are fewer factors.
Nudity and lewd lewd behavior are 2 very different things. Several states and cities already have identified the difference and accept nudity or at least partial nudity in some public areas such as beaches, campgrounds, parks and public lands.
There are many health benefits to be nude. Especially for women, Our bodies were designed to maintain a healthy temperature without clothing. By wearing clothes, we cause our bodies to NOT work the way they were designed.
Phsycologists have also suggested that children taught to be open to nudity and accept their bodies and the bodies of others as natural and not shameful have a lower rate of depression, higher average self esteem, and less sexual confusion, adults find themselves liberated and less uncomfortable with their own bodies when they are socializing with naturists that overlook physical differences.
USA Today, MGB Lifestyle, and other media have done informational reports on this. People are constantly experiencing these benefits and making videos telling others how they feel like Linda Barsa. If you have videos you would like to share, please contact us and we can add your name here so that others can see your opinions on nudity and health issues.
Its your constitutional right but:
No lewd behavior, obey traffic laws, etc.
According to California Penal Code 647(a), the definition of lewd conduct is very straight forward and simple: A lewd act is defined as any conduct that involves sexual gratification or other forms of sexual deviancy. In other words, any conduct in which moral principles are abandoned for some sort of deviant, sexual gratification is considered “lewd.” Most often, lewd acts are associated with child sex crimes, such as child molestation or touching a child in a sexual manner with the intent of sexual arousal. California Penal Code 314 PC prohibits the sex crime of "indecent exposure" . . . which means willfully exposing your genitals to someone else, motivated by a desire to sexually gratify yourself or offend the other person. The WNBR is a non sexual activity and therefore although nude, does not violate these ordinances. Some cities and precincts do have stricter laws so we ride to educate the public, law enforcement officials and legislators that nude IS NOT lewd and encourage others to feel comfortable with their bodies.
