Membership Based Groups, Clubs and Organizations
This category covers businesses that require memberships to join, or have individual fees to allow entry or access. We require ALL sponsors to comply with the goals and commitments that the ride stands for.
Sponsors
$260.00
Any membership based group, club organization wishing to have a space reserved for them to set up and offer information to the public. Sponsorships are tax deductible.
Service Sponsors
Variable
This is for businesses that offer a service to WNBRLA on a voluntary basis which is mutually beneficial to the WNBRLA. Service sponsors can provide services either at the event or in another capacity with approval and may be offered a booth area if needed to perform their service by WNBRLA. Service sponsorships are not tax deductible.
Food Trucks and Small Merchandise Vendors
These are vendors that have requested to rent a space inside the meting area
Food Trucks
$60
Any food trucks wishing to be inside the meet up area must pay for thier own designated space. Food Truck spaces are limited.
Small Merchandise Vendor Booth
$40
This applies to any merchandise sales whether homemade or marketed products. Vendor space is limited to 1 8x10 space. Additional spaces must be purchased separately if more than 1 space is needed. Products cannot go against any WNBRLA context.
ALL PRODUCTS AND SPONSORS MUST BE CONTEXTUALLY SUPPORTIVE OF OUR REASONS TO RIDE AND THE GOALS WE STAND FOR. WNBRLA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SPONSORHIP AT ANY TIME
